World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser
Parents,
Thank you all for helping with our chocolate bar fundraiser. It is greatly appreciated. We still have many boxes out, please try to get the money for those in as soon as possible.
Let's Dance
Valentine's Family Dance is Friday Night. 5-7 pm. The cost is $10.00 person. The ticket price will include one entrance, one slice of pizza, one drink and one dessert. Additional food can be purchased for $1.00 each. We will have a photo booth for $5.00.
We hope to see you there!
Tomorrow, January 31 is Pajama Day. Your child may pay $1.00 to wear pajamas. Remember to follow the dress code when choosing your pjs. The money raised will help fund prizes and rewards for our Positive Behavior Intervention Program (PBIS).

As a part of the NWE Safety Plan, a new gate has been installed behind the school at the start of the pickup line to protect students traveling to and from recess, during fire drills, etc. The pickup line gate will close at 7:30 AM and open at 2:30 PM. Sorry for any inconvenience, thanks!
Wow! We are having a Family Valentine's Dance. You don't want to miss out on all the fun, food, friends and family time. The Family Dance is Friday, February 9 5-7 pm. Mark your calendars and plan ahead.
World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser

Please have your candy fundraiser permission forms in as soon as possible. The candy will go home on Tuesday, January 16th. Only 1 unpaid box out PER HOUSEHOLD at a time. If you have more than one child to sell for, you may request another box when the box that is out is paid for. However, you may pre-pay for multiple boxes if you need more than one box at a time.
Your classroom teacher will be sending the permission forms home soon.
11-68 BUS ALERT:
Students that ride 11-68 will drop off at later times today. These students will ride 01-23. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Wednesday-Ugly Sweater Day
Remember that Thursday of this week will be a 1/2 Day of School. All students who are pick up will need to be picked up before 12:00. Fast Pass will begin at 10:50. Buses will load shortly after.

Just a reminder that Friday is the last day to purchase a Christmas Gram. All money raised will be used to purchase art supplies for the art department. The Art Program benefits all Northwest Students. We will have Elf Day on December 19. The Christmas Grams that have been purchased will be delivered on this day. Let's have fun and enjoy the gift of giving. We can't wait to see all our creative elves on December 19.

This is the last week to donate to the Community Canned Food Drive. We are having a competition between the classes on which class can brings in the most items.
This week we have the PBIS Penny War going on. Students will donated to the team of their choice Georgia or Tennessee. Please just pennies. Money will go to purchase prizes for PBIS. Wear your Georgia or Tennessee Colors on Friday. for the GA/TN Game .

Next week, NWE will host a penny war! Each mascot has a house that will be displayed in our lunchroom. Students can drop their pennies into the team’s house that they believe will win the big game! We encourage students to bring in only pennies. Show your team spirit on Friday by wearing your team colors.
